My journey into memory quilt making began with my own children's high school graduations. They had amassed so many beloved t-shirts, and the thought of them hidden away in a drawer felt wrong. I taught myself to create a t-shirt quilt, ensuring those precious childhood memories could be cherished and displayed. This personal experience fuels my passion to help you preserve your own family's stories in a tangible, beautiful way.

The process of creating your unique memory quilt starts with you. Simply provide the clothing items you wish to immortalize. I will then carefully transform these garments by stabilizing the material and cutting them into useable pieces. These pieces are then meticulously sewn back together to form a one-of-a-kind quilt top, reflecting the unique stories embedded in each fabric.
Bringing your quilt to life
Once the quilt top is complete, the next exciting phase begins. I carefully layer the quilt top with soft batting and a chosen backing fabric. Using my specialized longarm quilting machine, I expertly quilt these layers together, adding texture and durability. The final touch is sewing a binding around the edges, meticulously finishing your quilt to perfection. The result is a beautiful, durable quilt ready to be snuggled under or displayed proudly.
